This was give to J.D.Buyrider
In response to survey of purchase of Suzuki.

# 1. I purchased the vehicle only to help my son provide transportation for his family. I was asked to be the co-signer but ended up being the buyer. My fault lies in signing the papers.

#2. I did not see the vehicle, nor drive it. The sticker price was removed by someone other than the buyer which is in violation of buyers rights. When asking the dealership about this, the response was “we never leave the sticker on the vehicle we sell”. The dealer did give a credit to the lean holder since the price had been “jacked up” from what the original deal had been quoted to my son. I was never quoted anything from the dealer?

#3. My son was allowed to drive away with the vehicle prior to the closing of the deal. The dealer was aware of my son living in another state but it was never brought to my attention or his that he could not buy insurance in his name nor buy a car tag in another state with me being a resident in Al and he in Tn. If these terms had been brought to my attention at the signing of the contract there would have never been a contract. What has happened to honest auto dealers?

#4. I now have this new, overpriced vehicle sitting in my driveway. My sons work has not provided enough income to pay the cost of the monthly loan, so I am stuck with finding a way to sell the vehicle or maybe trade it in the future. If I am not successful with this venture, I will have to suffer the loss and have my credit in ruins. The whole situation could have been prevented if the dealership had been honest and provided information that the common people may not understand when buying a vehicle. I would never wish anyone to be involved in a situation of this nature.

#5. I know there will be nothing done about this but I thank you for allowing me to vent a very frustrating and unjust situation.

#6. I do regret I have not responded to the survey prior to this time. I felt I needed time to absorb the impact this situation has affected my life. I have always been a trusting individual and that seems to be more of a flaw in ones character these days due to the greed of men.

#7. I now am unable to trade this vehicle due to the fact it is overpriced by $7000.00 or more according to the dealership I attempted to trade with.

#8 This happened a year ago, but is still fresh in my mind. I claim my fault in the situation but still feel I was done unjustly.
