i am a single mother of three and bought a 2005 expedition. one week after the converters turned red and the car could have burnt down and they had to replace that. a week after that it almost stalled on me and the engine was ticking and had no oil in it at all. i took it in and they said they couldnt find anything wrong and sent me on my way.
a week after that it broke down and i took it in and they said that it needed a new cam kit and the warranty company they said i had to have had to cover it after them having it two weeks they called and said it needed a new engine but the warranty company would not cover that and they would pay for the new engine after them having it for a month i got it back and two days later the check engine light came on, took it in and they put bad convertors on it and had to replace that again,
i got it back two days ago and it just broke down on me so when the guy came to look at it he said they loaded the engine with stopease and said there was not a leak and it is now bone dry of oil. when i pulled a carfax i found out the front end was knocked off and it used to be a rental which they didnt disclose at purchase which is 100% illegal.
they talk to me like they are saving the world when they are fixing my truck like they are doing me this great big favor and they are trying to help me in everyway possible but in reality they put junk parts and a junk engine in the truck and now the warranty company is paying for their crap, the funny thing is they tried to get me to sign a paper after the engine was replaced saying i release them of any responsibility of the purchase of my vehicle and my attorney said they helped us alot because that is an admission of guilt in writing. my attorney is having so much fun with this. do not buy from buckeye ford

You said the dealer stated the engine had no oil in it "at all". Did you check the oil?
Do you check your own oil?
