Calcars ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

My girlfriend and I bought a car from Calcars and the second day we had it, it broke down.
The battery they put in it was too small to power the car.
Next the steering pulled to the right and is still being looked into.
Finally I took the car to midas because it wouldn't stay started Midas informed me that Calcars filed bancruptcy and is currently in the courts so they wouldn't except the P.O. number to fix the car. So I didn't have a car for a week until Calcars sent a written check to Midas. Midas said Calcars currently ows them $45,000.
Now my car cant get fixed because a wire that is no longer produced is messed up and Calcars will not replace the car because it is sold as is.
Even though I paid an extra $5 a wk for insurance to protected me from not having a car.

First of all Timothy I would like to say I understand what you are going through, and agrre with you to a poit. But this Insurance that you speak of has nothing to do with the problem you are discribing. It is called C.S.P (collateral Substition Program), and is designed to get you into another vehicle if and only if you get into a vehicle to vehicle accident that tottals your vehicle.

First of all, lets get some facts straight. They filed b.k. in 02 because the bank, as did so many others, called notes on almost all high risk loans after 9/11. That has nothing to do with the business ethics at calcars. That was the banks keeping their best interests in mind. So that amounts to nothing. Owing repair shops money is commom. So what, I owe my shop 61k. I pay them every three months as agreed.
Also, why would you expect a dealer to replace a used car due to a manufactures error.
Also, you are full of it, there is not one single wire that cant be replaced on a car made past 1981. Anything prior can be pre-fabed. So, here we have it again ladies and gentleman, people running their mouths wtih no facts to back up their allegations.
The truth can be found when looking hard enough.

Yes Calcars Colerain did file Bankrupt. My brother and I run our own towing & recovery . We Repoed cars for Calcars for 3 yrs. Calcars was paying everything was going smooth. Then with no warning they had a letter on there door that they was closing along with 3 other stores in the Cincinnati Tri-state area. To this day they still owe us $560.00 plus interest that has accumilated. So what he's saying about Calcars filing Bankrupt is true.
