Carmax sold me 'wrecked' cars Sterling Virginia

I like the way Carmax did business, it is easy. The prices are high, but I was thinking I was getting hand picked best-of-the-best used cars. The financing is simple, as they always approve you through their CarMax Auto Finance at whatever interest they want to spit out.
The first car I bought was a Mercedes C-class coupe. I liked it, and it looked good. I took it to have the oil changed at the Mercedes dealership, and they gave me an alarming report....the fenders had been replaced, there was visible overspray all over the car (I didn't notice until they showed me under a light) and overall the car had extended amounts of wear to the drivetrain for a vehicle with 36,000 miles on it. I went back to Carmax, and they treated me like a pariah. I was nice and friendly, but the service manager gave me this story that the car came in all keyed up and beat up. So they repainted every panel on the car except the roof. The windshield had damage, but they were able to polish the dings out. I was showed the paint shop, and a full report of my car with pictures when it was taken in on trade! Everything the manager said was true. The car looked awful. I had to almost bring my lawyer down there to get access to this info. This info should be given to the buyer first thing!
Before I learned this, I bought another vehicle there. A SUV for my wife. I took it in to be traded. They come back and tell me this vehicle has been wrecked, and it too has been repainted. The bumper was repainted and is starting to peel. So here we go again.......
Carmax takes anything, and 'reconditions' it to like new. BS. Once a car has been wrecked, dented, scratched, flogged, and beaten, it is never the same again!
