Chase Auto Finance Jaguar Financial Group Repossesed, now what, here's what to do. Fort Worth, Texas

After 4 years of paying off a Chase auto finance loan, our car was repossessed.

The balance of the loan was small enough that a friend was able to help in paying off the loan. Chase auto finance was abusive, and used close to illegal tactics in dealing with us.

I heard of a way that may help us all.

First: never do  business again with the car dealer who got you involved with Chase Finance.[They get a kickback for every Chase loan that they write]

Second: Report the car dealer to your states better business bureau, with an explanation of your problem with the dealer and Chase Auto Finance.

Third: Before considering any car dealer, ask if they recommend Chase Auto  Finance. If they say yes, boycott that dealer, and report them on your facebook page as a car dealer not to do business with.

We do have the power of choice, finance your car with your local bank or credit union.
