Choice Auto Brokers Jean-Luc Ferrigno Did not disclose safety issues after he stated in writing nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Purchased a 2006 Mercedes Benz ML500 from Choice Auto Brokers (Jean-Luc Ferrigno).  Jean-Luc stated in writing his dealership, Choice Auto Brokers, went through the vehicle and everything was "excellent" with the mechanical and electrical components.  Received the vehicle and it is unsafe to drive.  The largest repair is the front differential which is going to cost over $6,000 to repair.  The dealership said the vehicle is not safe to drive because at any time the differential can lock up while driving.  Jean-Luc the crook is unwilling to fix or pay for the repair.  My lawyer is going to send him a demand letter and if he refuses to settle, we will be taking him to court.  Stay away from these types of dealerships.  I worked in the new and used car industry.  Never did I once deal or treat customers like this.  Exactly why I recommend not dealing with scum and liars such as Jean-Luc.
