Chuck Nash Chevrolet SUES LOCAL DOCTOR FOR PROTESTING NASH RIP-OFF SCHEME. San Marcos Texas

I was passing by a courtroom in San Marcos,Tx and noticed a guy arguing something very passionately in front of the court.I sat down and became interested in the proceedings.Turns out it is a Dr. who says the car dealer, among other things, sent out over 30 unauthorized loan applications on him and ruined his credit.The car dealer is Chuck Nash Chevrolet-they cheated me on a service scam a few years ago,so I stuck around.

Apparently,the Dr. sent a bunch of letters to Nash,but got no response,so he picketed out in front of the car lot.He said that Nash told him if he would quit protesting,he would resolve the matter.While the doc was waiting to meet with Nash,Nash served him with a restraining order and sued him !!The proposed meeting was just a scam.Also,I was always taught in school that peaceful protest was one of our most important freedoms as Americans-(apparently not in San Marcos-Nashs little kingdom).

Nash hid behind not 1,but 2 expensive attorneys,but the Dr. was by himself.I thought,oh sh--,this guy is going to get creamed-I thought,hey,dude,youre in San Marcos playing against a stacked deck in a local good ole boys system-are you nuts?.However,much to my enjoyment,the Dr. did really well.He caught Nash in one lie after another,then presented proof to the judge.He had Nash really squirming.
Chuck Nash was a real sleaze on the stand.He never would answer a question outright-he was always looking at his attorneys,like œwhat should I say;help me out here.

The doc caught Nash in at least 8 or 9 lies,but the most damaging one was when Nash testified that he had never committed a crime,then the Doc showed Nash his arrest record!I thought Chuck and his dream team were all going to have heart attacks!They jumped up and yelled”this isnt a certified copy,and “we had all of that deleted, but everyone knew the truth.

I wish the Dr.the best of luck-something needs to be done about this bottom-feeding car dealer.Nash has been getting rich by cheating citizens of San Marcos for way too long.
