Citrus Ford Citrus KIA Refuses to repair transmission under warranty after KIA already paid them to do it once. Ontario California

2003 Kia Spectra Automatic. Put in 1st gear in the morning an it slams between 1st and 2nd gear. It is under warranty and I took it in to Citrus Ford. The service writer actually fought me getting it approved thru KIA and actually lied to them that I did not provide any service records even though he had them all. I finally got the approval for the transmission to be fixed under warranty.

Citrus Ford replaced the transmission and collected from KIA. The problem was still there. Now, they say that the transmission is normal and KIA won't authorize the repairs. They were already paid once but won't stand behind their workmanship.

I have started a campaign by registering citrusfordsucks.com and have put up several websites, blogs, an online radio program, and YouTube videos of the shifting problems. I am getting alot of traffic and will continue to work on them. Google "Citrus Ford" and you get 7 of the top 10 websites that are mine.
