Cps AUTO LOAN harrassment, threats, and very rude (hope they never get into hardtimes), employees Orlando Florida

I am a 46 year old female and have had nothing but a hard time with this company-if you want to call it that. From the very 1st time I was late only a few days they have been nothing but rude and non- cooperative. They have called my work and when told not to do so, they continue to call and on one occasion called 6 times in a 5 minute period, she ask why I hung up on her and as I was explaining I had to answer calls at my office, she did exactly what she did before (which is why I hung up in the 1st place) she cut me off and wouldn't shut up so I told her to shut up, which I never speak to anyone this way, But this person was so extremely rude and screaming at me on the phone over my voice and then called back and ask my coworker directions to my place of business and ask if there was security in the parking lot and ask the name of the security guard in the lot, she then told the coworker she was sending it in for repo (isn't there something called the PRIVACY ACT),how do they get away with this, and in response to the article written by the employee of CPS in orlando- you can tell they are like that just by reading the letter and you better hope (little young one) that you never get in a income problem as carma is a funny thing. And real adults discuss the situation occurring and have an understanding of real life not the one where your mommy covers your butt and takes care of your bills, I dont have that convienience.I work in the real world during the recession, and things are tough everywhere except at CPS obviously.
