On the second day that I had the car the oil light kept coming on and the car engine compartment was smokey. I had to put 3 quarts of oil in the car. I called Credit Connections and told them about it, they told me that they do not have to put liquids in the car.

Two days later I needed to put oil in the car again. I was told by Credit Connections to make an appointment at their designated garage (A1 Auto). The garage had my car for over two weeks. I called daily to check the status on my vehicle aqnd I was told by both Credit Connection and A1 Auto that the car will be done the next day. This kept going for two weeks.

Finally I got it back and the car ran ok with a little hesitance. Recently I checked the fluids because I smelled somthing burning. I found out that there was no oil in my car and I put some in and called Credit Connections to tell them about the problem. Two days later the same thing occured. Once again I called and went to them to take care of the situation. They told me to take it to A1 Auto and set an appointment.

A1 told me to wait until it happened again. At this point I became upset. On the next day the light came on and the car hesitated. Since it was Sunday I could not contact anyone.

On Monday I called and explained the problem to both, A1 told me to make an appointment and Credit Connection told me that they didn't want to handle the problem anymore. The manager became rude and told me that he is not dealing with this situation anymore. I have tried to solve the problem by asking them to exchange my car. They refused.

I decided to return the car because I thought the problem would not be fixed. When I took the car back I explained why I was returning the car. The car saleswoman actually told me that she was looking for a car and that she would not buy one from there :(
Lastly, I spent over $1,300.00 on the car (down payment and first months payment). I asked to get a refund on all or part of this amount. Credit Connections told me that this wouldn't be possible.
