Daimler Chrysler Leased car with 15000 miles a year but later found it was for only 12000 ripoff Westbury New York

At the end of my lease I received a charge of $1618.20 from Chrysler Financial. This was my third leased car from Chrysler so I was flabergasted when I know I signed for 15,000 miles a year. The mileage of the car was 49,798 which is not the problem . It is over the mileage but not by that amount. There is nothing I can do about this as I can not find my orignal copy.

The sales person Charles Drawert says it is on his computer for 12,000 miles a year. He now does not recall it being for 15,000 milesa year.I informed him that I will not call him anymore as I know I am wasted my time with him. He is still looking for my folder to help me out with this matter. The folder is unavailable as they recently renovated. Notice he is placating me to avoid a confrontation.

I know what I asked for and what I signed for. I am legally responsible b/c my signature is on for 12,000. I know I never signed for 12,000. Something not above board was done. I doubt if I can take any legal action but I refuse to remain quiet about this shady practice. If a leasee request a certain mileage this is what should be in the lease.
