Subject: DESERT TOYOTA DEALERSHIP CUSTOMER REVIEW

I recently purchased an expensive Toyota Automobile from Desert Toyota in Las Vegas, NV.
As a new customer, they will treat you like a "King" but in the back of their mind lays the fact "How can I screw this guy for every buck I can squeeze out of him"!!!
If you must buy from this dealership (BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE ONLY MODEL COLOR ETC) Make sure you take a good accountant with you to review the contract. I got taken because I let my guard down and was trusting!!!! Take my word the fee that you will pay for an accountant will well worth it as in the long run it will save you many $$$$$$. I got taken for an expense that should have been Desert Toyota expense. It was hidden in the contract!!
I recently visited Findlay Toyota in Las Vegas to have the gas pedal recall done. I spoke to the service Mgr. and Sales Mgrs. and was very impressed the way they conducted business.
I even referred two of my friends to them as they were in the market for a new Toyota after they saw and drove my Toyota!!!  P.S.  Also, I never received the "NEW WINDOW STICKER" as it was removed before the car was delivered!!
