Diamond Remarketing Diamond - Re-marketing Arizona Beemers Sold me a lemon-titled M5 and told me to ****-off when confronted Scottsdale Arizona

Everything was great with my beautiful white, 2006 BMW M5 I bout 4 months ago. Everything until I tried to trade it in for a Ferrari at the dealership. They told me I had a lemon-titled M5 which was really worth HALF of what they sold it to me for ($57K).

I went and talked to this punk kid, John Paul and his boss (owner) Craig Diamond who flat out told me to (blank)-off and that it wasn't their problem.

I should have know there were going to be troubles because it took them the full 90 days to get me my title. Every time I called to talk to John Paul he told me it was on the way and should be in that week. He flat out lied and lied everytime I called.

When I told them that they illegally sold me a lemon, he told me that I had no agreement with them and that they never even signed the contract so it wasn't valid. I checked my contract, and what do you know... they in fact did NOT sign the contract and the contract says that it is not valid without their signature.

I talked to a lawyer and they said they can go after them, but it will cost me $10k or more. Either way I'm stuck. I'm probably going to sue them just to get SOMETHING back, but they are the most evil, dishonest car dealers I've ever dealt with. I have about 15 cars and I like to collect and buy, so I know what I'm talking about. These guys are SUPER SLEAZZZZZY!

If I didn't have anything better to do, I would stand outside of their buisness and let everyone know they are selling LEMONS as legit cars. Do a Carfax report on every vehicle you see online and you'll see that 70% of them are lemons. The only ones that aren't are the poor suckers' cars that were trade-ins for lemons.
