Donnell Ford They are not true to their word! youngstown, Ohio

I bought a truck off of Donnell Ford, and my sales guy jim beeman told me that the truck i purchased had a loose bolt by the exhaust so me and my father believed him, he said if there is somethin more to it that don't worry they would take care of it. when i got home the truck got so loud i could not drive it in pa, so i called them up jim beeman said its as is there is nothin they would do. but after complaining so much he told me to bring it up, so i did me and my dad watched my sales guy get in my truck start it up while his service guy stood beside the truck,never getting under the truck at all. jim comes in the building where me and my dad are sitting and says take it up to mac exhaust its just a loose bolt by the pipe.we will take care of you....tell them george and donny sent you from donnell ford. when i drop my truck off i get a phone call sayin my truck has a bad manafold and its goin to cost 863.10 and donnell is only willing to pay 100.00 towards it. right before christmas they did this to me, ruining my christmas. i had to take presents back to pay for a truck that they should of had all checked out and repaired before they put it on the lot. i will never go back to donnell ford again and i will make sure i tell everyone what they did to me. all they have to do is pay me back 763.10 and i will say nice things about them.till then i will make sure everyone knows what kind of a company they are and that their word.....you can't believe it. my dad has a buddy that just bought a truck right before me from them also, we just found out the next day that both his tyrods on his truck busted in his driveway the 2nd day he bought it from donnell ford, he is lucky it wasn't a bad crash, boy would donnell ford have some guilt then....all i want is refunded
