Doug Plattner / Plattner Auto Group Falsified my income, changing it from $10K to $100k. Held back partial payment financed in excess of payoff balance owed me. Bait and switch advertising. LaBelle, Florida

Purchased vehicle 4/30/06 at LaBelle Dodge of Plattner Auto Group. Bait and swirtch advertising to get me to the dealership even after repeated calls to check on the availability of specific vehicle before leaving for dealership.

Information on my income was falsified to get me approved for loan. When I learned of the fraudulent use of my identity I was denied my right for a credit repair under the Federal Trade Commmisionby consumer protection law. Income was later modified with Chrysler Financial without my permission or knowledge. Learned through complaint process it would take a subpoena to get it. Identity theft twice.

Lost my two trades, new vehicle, took a hit to my credit still wrongfully reported on the three credit bureau reports.

Money due me from the financing was kept by the dealership.

Dealership failed to give me both of my license plates from the CT vehicle at the time of the trade. I was unable when I returned to CT to register using my single plate. S

Scheduled for circuit court in LaBelle, FL this coming March.
