Drive Time just needs to go out of business completely. Not like the Ugly Duckling being bought out by Drive Time. I know one person that purchased a vehicle from this horrible dealership in Morrow. The business was OK I guess. However over the time they have gotten progressively worse. I have learned this from the second person to get a vehicle from them.

I look at it like this. The business needs to harass the person that has the loan. They do not need to call the "references" to get in touch with the person with the loan. It is not my concern, business, or job to do their work for them. I cannot make a person call someone else, or go make a payment. I have my own financial battles to look over and maintain.

These people at the Morrow Drive Time are flat out dumb. They will sit there and call the same exact number three or four times and ask for different members of a household. I do not have high blood pressure, but I nearly got it dealing with these people. Especially the day they called my house asking for me. First of all they did not have my land line, they only had a cell phone number. Then they called my house asking for a person that did not even live here. One day I caught one of the phone calls, and I point blank told them never to call this number again, and ask for anybody. I ended up having another person call. Then I called what I believed was the corporate number. The first number I called. They said for $4.95 they will give me the other number. Then I called this other number.

People, listen this man continued many times to ask me for my account number, or Social Security Number. I was like look, I said I do not have an account with your dealership, and you are NOT getting my Social Security Number. I said I am calling you because you dealership in Morrow is contacting me about a person's loan. Again the Account Number, or the Social Security Number, please. I said are you dumb or something? Then he hung up the phone on me.

I called the number back, and the same dumb thing answer the phone. Thank you for calling Drive Time, may I have your Account Number, or Social Security Number please. I said nope, but you can put a Supervisor on this phone. The fight still continued for about five minutes. Then finally he got the "Supervisor". I heard him take the phone off of hold, and he said it is the same number that called a few minutes ago. She said my name is whatever. How can I help you. I told her the name of the Account Holder, and told her I wanted my number completely removed from this account and to never be contacted again. As well as another number (for my brother). He is really unable to make these kind of calls during the day because of his line of work.

I flat out told her that with the economy the way it is. I hope they did not go out of business but if they did. It would be a blessing. She said I am going to end this call now.

Take my advise please, and no matter how bad you think you need a vehicle. Please, do not sign your name to any loan with Drive Time.

One more thing.

You need to tell your friends and relatives to quit putting your name and phone number down as a reference on their applications. The only reason you're being called is because they used you as a reference and they're late on their payment.
