I purchased a 2004 Dodge Durango from drive time 2/11/08 and 2 months after I got it the passenger window motor went out, drive time refused to fix it, they said to call my warranty # which didn't cover anything! Then about 4 months later the air conditioning went out - I went back to the dealership and got the same run around. Now 2 days ago my radiator busted and the hose cracked open leaving me stranded on the side of the road! Once again I called Drive Time and they refused to help in any way. I have had this car 17 months and have experienced nothing but hardship and problems, but I can garauntee if you are 1 day late on the payment they will call you ALL DAY long asking for their money!
I will NEVER recommend this company or go thru this company again. I am now stuck in a peice of s**t that I owe 23k on and cannot trade!
