DriveTime aka Ugly Duckling defective vehicle illegally patched tires no oil dipstick numerous safety flaws States has a 52 point checklist and that vehicles are inspected on lot New Port Richey Florida

Purchase July 2002-1st payment...SES light goes on.(Told not a problem-car was still running!)

Next oil change but can't find dipstick. Low on freon, 2 bad tires-patched on wall and spare tire is slashed. (mechanics will vouch for these problems).

September 2002 vehicle had to be towed to rip off Race Ready. Stated they checked vehicle nothing wrong, I checked mileage-vehicle hadn't even been driven. Tried to start vehicle same problem-stuck in gear. Got vehicle to Drive Time told it was a fuse problem. (Already been told there was a code 17 show up on computer)

November 2002, stuck in mountains with overheating vehicle-no inside heat and solution dripping on feet. Heater core problem.

January 2003, I paid for heater core replacement-now Air Bag light is on-told to bring back in...again.

I have lost over 10 hours of work and possible Disciplinary action or worse loss of employment over this. I am writing a letter to Mr. Ernest Garcia II-Chairman but don't expect much in the way of resolution. Mind you despite all of these events-I made my payments. 2 times they have made payment adjustments but not until I have to threaten with surrendering the vehicle-quite
frankly, now I am to the point where I could care less about
improving my credit-especially through them!

Do insurance companies know about these people-they are on my list of to contact! Thank you for being here!
