Kristan, based on what you reported I don't see what help you can get. It's not illegal for Drivetime to sell you a car for more than it is worth. The time to check the vehicle out is before you sign on the dotted line. This would include checking the blue book price and having the vehicle checked out by a certified mechanic. Though I have read many reports on Drivetime where they were at fault it appears from what you reported that the fault lies with you on this purchase.
