Drivetime Aka Ugly Duckling ripoff Brandon Florida

hi, i got a car from drivetime aka.uglyduckling and it gave me so many problems. after only driving the car for 50 miles it started giving me problems. the air wouldnt work all the gauges. it wouldnt go in gear.then it finally started and the miles jumped up from 43,434 to 46,532. i then called mark the manager of the store and told him what happened he said i was lieing. that those things wasnt wrong and that the miles wouldnt jump up like that. but they did. i asked him what he was going to do about it he said nothing cause the warranty ran out.

it made me so mad. i asked for the main office. the they have what they call auditors they are supposeily the highest you can go to get a problem solved.they are suppose to hear both sides and look in to everything well she (the auditor)said she would investigate the dealership. well she got back with me she sais the dealership did nothing wrong that my warranty gave out. well right then i knew she was just working for all in part for drivetime and didnt make a effort for me.

well i then told her i wouldnt make another payment until the problems was fixed or i got my money back.i even told her i would just like another car she said thats not a way we can go.i asked why she says cause our banks wont go for that. which is bull crap cause they finance their own cars. needless to say i havent made a payment in 2 months i wont make another one.i know all they want is to repo the car fix it enough to sell it to another customer and charge them 18,000 for a 2001 saturn sl200 that probaly has more like 150,000 miles on it. lets face it they buy these cheap new cars from rental places like saturns,focus,tauras.etc,and charge you a 25%interst.

they also will harass u at work.theywent out of bussiness as ugly duckling cause of legal problems, so they just cahnge their name and are doing it all over again as drivetime. they are screwing people good. they need to be stoped so im asking everybody out there to get together on this and we can get a lawler for all of us....
