DriveTime forced me to buy a vehicle for $23,000 thats only worth 5,000. After signing the contract they wanted nothing else to do with me. I went back 2 days after signing the contract. I signed the contract on a Friday and went back that Monday. The car interest rate in not only over 20.098, the vehicle has over 100,000 miles on it. I have already paid $5,000 toward the balance, I don't want to pay a single penny more. My credit is really going to be ruined now, because I'm not paying for this car.

Forced...

AUTHOR: Robert - Irvine (U.S.A.)

Just how did they FORCE you to buy a car?

Did they hold a gun to your head?
Did they tie you to a chair?
Did they lock you in a room?
Did they kidnap your first born?

The answer to all of these is NO, and you could have walked out at any time.

You may have gotten "screwed" by them but it was you who let them do the screwing.
