DRIVETIME - UGLY DUCKLING Motor replacement with-in 6 months Conyers, Georgia

I purchased a truck from Drivetime. Before I paid the 13th payment,(Bi-weekly) I had already gotten quotes to replace my motor. All they offered to do was pay for it right then, but I had to pay it back within two or three weeks. When I first bought it I made them fix a sound that I heard. They' re warranty covered the repairs. It was the harmonic balancer. When the new mechanic changed my motor he found that the harmonic balancer was not the right one and had been glued on. The new mechanic said that the dealer had been hitting and missing on repairs for my truck. They fixed whatever they had to, to get it off the lot. It lasted till two weeks after the warranty was over and then started knocking. I replaced the motor but I can't afford a lawyer our I would sue them for my money back on my motor replacement.
