Easley Mitsubishi How Rude. Easley, South Carolina

So first off, i actually know the Gilstrap Family from going to church with them for a number of years, and all and all i must say they are pretty nice people, however, my experiance with the dealership and sales manager in particular was HORRIBLE.

Our Salesperson seemed fairly new, but was decent in listening to us and finding what we were looking for, we did the test drive, really liked the vehicle, etc etc, but when we all went to sit down for the paper work the Sales Manager was pretty lofty at first, and by the end of everything, ( we did not purchase the car) he was a total jerk. One thing after another really. The process was drug out for a few days and the last phone call i made he obviously had no intention of even trying to be nice, and essentially told me i was a liar. It was absolutely rediculous.

Not to mention we later found out that there was some shady dealings going on with the financing, but i don't know who is really to blame for that.

Overall we really liked the car, and our sales person was nice enough, but after having someone be so rude to me, and not once apologize, there was no way i was going to hand him 10 grand.
