I took my car into Bozarts and ask them to check the growling noise on the left side of front end.Mike Ackerman called me and said the noise was on right side too.I told him ,"NO"only on left side and to take care of left side only.When I went to pick up the car they had replaced the hub assembly on both sides and gave me a bill for $498.04.I told them the right hub assembly was only 2 months old and was under warenty with another company and I refused to pay for the new one they removed.I have the parts they took off and the one is still shiny.

Mike also told me my transmission needed work and I told him no. The transmission has never leaked one drop and has never slipped even an inch.

I got threatening e-mails for two days from Mark Miller whom the secretary told me was the owner.He lies when the truth fits better.

They also sold my daughter an extended warenty on a new truck that isn't worth the paper it is written on.After they worked on my neighbor's car it cost her $600.00 to fix their mess.
