Empire Suzuki Lied and left us stranded to get possession of car Dallas Texas

Recently we purchased a car from Empire Suzuki... or so we thought!
After listening to their ad on a local Dallas radio station my wife and I decided to call 1-800-new-ride. In the beginning of the deal everyone came off to be understanding, but we later found out otherwise.
We gave Suzuki Empire a check in the amount of $500 and we were allowed to drive away with a new Suzuki Forenza after they said our loan was approved. Almost 3 weeks later I received a phone call and the person I spoke with said, "We have just got you a better deal with a lower interest rate, and saved you $30 on you monthly bill. We just need you to come in and sign the paperwork to close the deal."
The following day I drove 58 miles to the dealership and when I arrived, a salesman approached me and said, "Your deal didn't fall through and we need you to surrender the keys immediately."
How low can a person go? We bought full coverage insurance from our insurance company on a vehicle that we never owned legally. With no regard to how my wife and I would get back to Fort Worth, we were lied to with the sole intention of taking the automobile from us. Had we known, we would have gladly surrendered the vehicle and had someone tail us to the dealership for a ride home.

We are survivors of Hurricane Katrina and we really need a car. Doing business with Drive Financial (Empire Suzuki--1-800-new-ride) is not recommended. If we had known their reputation, my wife and I never would have attempted a deal.
