Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Dealership. DONT GO HERE FOR SALES OR SERVICE !! I own a q7. Great car. Brought it to the service department and 3 WEEKS LATER, yes 3 weeks later they call to say they will not cover the repair..
The repair is... the stickers on the mmi consule are pealing off and WHEN IT RAINS, the electronics on the mmi go very, very weird.. So according to them, the reason is due to the fact that the buttons are "sticky" and insist "something spilled" absolutely false.. The good news is I found a great price on a prestige a6 I gave a deposit on at Santa Monica audi but due to this dealership being the closest to me. I am cancelling my deposit.. I will not pay another $60,000 for incompetent service
