EuroImports - Hessam Rahimia President And CEO Failed to pay rental bill, lied to repeatedly, "whatever" attitude Scottsdale Arizona

I bought my car from them and was having lots of trouble with it. I took it back for repair estimate and asked them to find me another one.

Meanwhile I did not have a car to drive, so asked the salesman if Euroimports would pay for a rental. I asked him 5 times during our 45 minute conversation. He said yes, 5 times.

4 weeks and numerous run arounds later I was saddled with a $650.00 car rental bill, no repairs on my car and no new car found.

Owner of company refused to pay and refused to hold salesman responsible.

I took my car, after some reluctance on their part to give it back, to another dealership. They found me the car I was looking for in 1 day.

Owner refusing to answer emails, faxes, and written mail. I expect this company to honor their word, as their advertising says they are all about the customer. Ha.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and other websites. The company has not responded to anyone.

All I want is $650.00 and some respect.
