Finest Motors BEWARE! Dealer sold us out of state lexus with MAJOR obvious accident and "clean carfax" Maple Heights, Ohio

We saw a listing for a 2006 Lexus ES with only 26,070 miles on ebay for 22,990. The listing said the car had a clean carfax and was inspected by the dealer. The pictures looked pristine. We paid the full price.

First we noticed that the CD magazine was missing. We probably bought our own magazine back from ebay.

Then we found out that the car would not pass state inspection without replacing all the tires and brake pads. Looked to the inspector as though the dealer replaced the good tires with old ones since some wheel locks were missing and bolts were freshly placed.

The cake topper was the major rear end collision that the car has had. This is obviously visible when the car is raised.

The dealer (Alex) was directly asked when the car was purchased and frankly lied about it. He claimed no accidents using the carfax as evidence. He also stated that the dealer inspection was clean. When confronted over the phone about our findings, he said that I was the liar. Then he said " What's your problem? It has been fixed. You can still drive it." When I spoke with him about the value of the car given a major accident he said that the accident would not affect the value but he only offered to buy back for 18,000.

Be smart. This dealer is not trustworthy. We have just begun to get the word out and our money and lost time back.
