FITH THIRD BANK was paid in full for an auto loan a month before the due date,and its been over a month and I still haven gotten my car title CINNCINATTI Ohio

I had an auto loan through Fifth Third bank I only made one interest payment to my knowledge, they are saying I made 3, I decided to pay my loan off a month early in full. I called got the payoff amount sent them the full amount with 7 days of interest enough time to get it to them, they cashed the check, and its been over a month & I still have not received my title, they keep making excuses like we sent it to the wrong address, then we sent it out again well it never gets here. and I paid almost $20,000 for that vechicle and when I paid it off that is the only bank that did not even send out a thank you letter for your business and paying off your loan, I know they have ripped me off at least by 2 payments, now they have no excuse for holding the title they have there money now they need to send my title. I will never do banking with them ever again. I also have contacted an attorney.
