Fitzgerald Auto Mall Bait and switch Clearwater Florida

Last month we Went down to Fitzgerald Auto Mall, Hyundai.
We found a Hyundai Sonata we liked , made a deal and did the paperwork.
We planned on picking the Hyundai Sonata up 5 days later.

Well when we got there they told us the car we (thought) we had bought had a slip in the transmission, so they claimed. And they were not going to sell it to us.
They said they had found us another car exactly like the one we bought and for the same price. But, we had to do the paperwork all over again.
I did not buy their story,I had driven the car for 5 miles, with no problems
I assumed they had sold it from underneath us.

Come to find out the new Hyundai Sonata was a much earlier model, still 2009
built in 4/2008 the original was built 01/2009. This made the sticker price almost $800.00 cheaper. So they put the difference in their pockets.

Thay ripped us off, of $800.00

We our in our 70's and put our faith in these people and they took advantage of us, I would be very careful in dealing with Fitzgerald Auto Mall of Clearwater, Florida
