Galpin Ford why not to buy their ripoff warranty, they did not honor warranty on my ford truck paid for and paid for extended warranty. North Hills California

Made an oppointment to have my truck engine serviced and the transmission. When arriving the service man treated like a stupid woman and turned me away. Said he did not do oil changes under warranty. Dhhh I knewn this and I also know that the truck is diesel and requires 15 qts. of oil. Anyways 4000 miles later my truck is running like a piece of shit and the commerical that advertises how strong and tough their trucks are by holding the truck up with their bolt. Well on the bed of my strong and tough truck I have that bolt which is broke in the door pocket of my truck. and they haven't offered to replace it.
