GERMAIN TOYOTA ripping off salesman SARASOTA Florida

A few years ago i left after a lot of years working for toyota of sarasota then Germain Toyota of Sarasota in 2001. At first Kevin Icter was good G.M. who cared about what employees made. Then after being fired after selling more cars per year then any other G.M. J.T. was made manager. When they took in trade as always would go to service and be fixed with another 100.1000.00 added depending on what needed fixed. Now if it needs fluids changed and couple of belts they add 2000+ and if newer cerify it for another 400.00 when cost 150.00 and 800.00 dealer pack. This was on all or 90% of trdes they kept.Thats 3200 added to KBB fair trade value which puts car if at retail a either loser which salesman get 200.00 or they mark car up 2-3000 past retail and sell from there. Even if a car is sold at retail which should get salesman at least 300-700 commision they get 200.00. There is also besides new car pack of 400.00 another 400.00 added before car price is final to salesman. Sell 10 cars and make 2000.00 for 60-70 hours a week minus tax and take home 1600 minus insurance and x-mas club will be 1200.00 a month for selling cars which at any other dealer would make them 4
-7000 a month minus tax . Big diffeance. With the economy people are for most part afraid to give up job even though could make more at McDonalds flipping burgers which would be a lot less srtessful and make more money. Instead they are making 2-3.00 a hour and just getting draw of 1000.00 or 250 a week.

many of my old customers immediatly stopped going and went to Kramer or Gettel Toyota.management was distastefull to customers, took advantage and lied especiially at service in which manager is drunk by 8a.m. and has destroyed 1 of my cars and in 10 years has never fixed everything they were supposed to.

Ifyou get a locate that say is premium cvar like Prius, even if paid for if another customer comes in and pays more , they will unwind salesmans deal and sell to other person and make excuse to customer that paid as one came as was scheduled for delivery and car was being sold to other party for 3000.00 more. this happened to me 6 times in a year. i had customers that bought 2-8 cars from me included.

I also heard another employee gave 2 week notice and J.T. got mad due to person listing reasons he left ina nice way in resignation, he fired him on spot after working longer then J.T. or J.O. (jerk off). since the another gave resignation who was top producer and was told he was fired when gave 2 week whioch most would not even do.

Mr. Bob Germain and Ken Moran, you guys have always been fair and need to know what fully is going on including drug dealing, book making, theft, having bump stickers touch maroney which is 10,000 fine per car and drunk service manager among many other illegalities. you are not in same class as JT and he will effect Naples store as already ruined sarasota as they did 77 new cars last month compared to my last month when we did in mid 200's new and 150 used and that was monthly. use did less the 50 not counting cars that went to auction.

I am writing because with economy like it is to take advantage of employees and customers who are saving every penny is pure scum. Iraq would be good for JT as target practice for talibon who cares for no one and no one cares for him. Worst GM In 15 years total in business by far and we had some guys who could not work idoing voluteer work for free. 1 coming in 250lb's overweight in shorts and muscle shirt showing 2--30 tatoos and talking to customersafter getting off harley and looking like hells Angel-actually a lot worse as at least they take pride the way they look and give to charity although I do not approve of anything illegal.
