Regaurding 2006 Mustang GT

Serial # : 17VFT82H565209195

I am not accepting refund cheque for extended warranty as discussed with my father, as this is my car.

I am requesting a full refund of my money I have put into this car wich is my down payment and all montly payments made to date.

Reasons :

Salesman had said car was professional lowered by the " best shop in town "

I found out the car was lowered and all modifications were done by the father of the person WHO LEASED the car, Everything was done in his backyard garage....

I was told this car was purchased CASH by a wealthy family according to tyler and this car was worth a total of $60,000..?

I know this information to be true because I spoke to PAMELA CHYKOWSKI's husband ( Who had leased the car from Victoria Ford Alliance LTD. )

So why was i told this car was puchased cash by Tyler ?

Also, I was told time after time that it's a great idea to purchase your Extended Warranty package from Andrew. I had figured that was a great idea so I decided

to go ahead with it. Sounded like a great deal to me !.... Until a horrible clunking sound started to come out of the rear end of the car everytme I went over a bump.

So I decided " Hey I can take this to ford since my car is under warranty and they can help me with this "

Well sadly I was frowned upon due to the fact the springs , exhaust , Coldair intake were after market parts. wow ...

It would have been great if I could have been informed of this before spending the extra $2150 for extended warranty, Why was this car not inspected ?

When Glenoak received this car from Pamela, they were aware of the modifications. Yet I was still sold your Extented Warranty package.

Tyler Mcloughlin also informed me over the telephone it would be a great Idea to purchase a new cold air intake ( this can void the warranty of my entire motor ) he had told me,

New lowering springs, And purchase stock exhaust. Why should I have to go out and spend more money to meet the needs of your extended warranty package ?...

The ford dealer I had taken the car too was Dams Ford Dealership in Langley DEC. 16th 2008. I have been dealing with this issue since then, And have got nowhere.

So now I have decided to ask my father to help me with this, Tyler had told me this was out of his hands and there was nothing he could do to help me, but was very eagre and

friendly to make this sale to me !!.

This has now been going on for 8 weeks! , And honestly , I have no interest in owning a Ford product especially from Glenoak Ford

Finally, I have been in touch with Tara at the Motor Vehicle Sale Authority, and I am now in the process of getting all information sent to her as she has requested this.

She informed me it was my decision to make an effort to try to resolve this issue. I would like this to be dealt with immediately.

I am amazed at how mislead I have been about my purchase, And have been seeking professional advice from 3 sources and have been told to get a full refund on my purchase
