I purchased a used car from Green Light Automotive. Randy, the owner, assured me he would file the necessary paperwork with the DMV. I have a sales contract but nothing else.

After a few months I called him asking where my title and registration were and he apologized saying he would go over to the DMV immediately.

It has now been at least 5 months and he does not answer the phone, there is no longer a way to leave messages and I have no title or registration for my vehicle. My tags have expired and I need to get a bond title on the car.

I saw on Citysearch that this happened to another individual. Please Help!
