This dealer works primarily on E Bay and sold me an unsafe car. Yes I should have gotten a third party inspection, thats my fault but that does not make up for the fact that they advertised a car(BMW) with numerous luxury items that upon delivery,were not in the car. To add insult to injury, the car needed

 $ 2300 in repairs most of which were required to pass state inspection. Harris Motors only maintains 100 percent feedback because they use Net Neutrals a supposed third party arbitrator to remove negative feedback. If you look closely at their feedback, alot of negative comments are removed.  BEWARE OF HARRIS MOTORS IN HOUSTON TEXAS
