Hempstead Mitsubishi Ken Housner, Frank Disanti sold me a fake warranty,the took unauthorized money from my debit card, theyre staff hung up phones and threatened me and told me they dont feel like being bothered hempstead, New York

  I purchased a vehicle from hempstead mitsubishi.  They offered me a warranty but I dident have enough money on me.  They told me it was ok just make a down payment and pay monthly.  They gave me a letter stateing this signed by them.  Mind you this is my first vehicle purchase. They also promised me that the front of the car would be painted and set me up with an appointment to there service dept.  when I went the service manager asked for a work order I then traveled back to the dealership and asked for one they told me go back next week this happened four times.  After that they hung up on me several times and on one occasion one of the managers "Mary" told me its to early she doesent feel like being bothered.  My other problem started when my car had problems so I went to the dealership to pay my last payment and discus all my issues with them but it was boarded up and vacant.  I had no contact from the dealership.  I called Mitsubishi Corporate offices they gave me the owners names and lawyers I called and sent letters they denied having anything to do with hempstead mitsubishi.  This dealership also took unautherized payments from my debit card and I dident find out until my bank sent me old statements for court matters. I contaced the better business bureu,  the attorny general, and consumer affairs they all told me they cant find these men or there company theres nothing they can do.  I finally took action and brought this matter to small claims ive been two times and know show even after summons were sent and handed out no show.  I contacted Mitsubishi again they said these men are the owners and those are there lawyers.  even the court said theres nothing we can really do.  I have spent several dollars on my car, gas, and transportation, also I lost out on my payments for the warranty and my money in the bank they took.  I just need these men and lawyers info before my next court date October 28, 2010 or its just a big loss and these men get away with a serious crime.
