The Hooman Automotive Group by far is not a stellar business in its self, that much is true. But... during these days of the collapse of the economy and the automotive business itself...Hooman Toyota continues to operate and serve the community to very high standards.

Hooman has pumped a new attitude and new life into the tired business that was once Toyota of Long Beach. Consumer satisfaction is Hooman's number 1 goal and if that means the associates who represent Hooman Toyota must work harder to achieve that goal its understandable that it may rub a few the wrong way. But even if it means the departure of those associates that don't make the grade...its for the good of the customer always. I cannot tell you the attention to detail that goes into the handling of even the tone of one's voice when answering calls to the transferring of them between departments....boy I'll tell yah. Work is tough but pleasing, as Hooman Toyota's goals are being achieved.

All these accusations whether true or false on this post, loses all its credibility with the slanderous remarks at the very end. And to all that really want credibility...I recommend you own your remarks by giving a real name. What are you hiding from???

 I just purchased a 201 Camry there, and it was the most pleasurable and easy experience that I've had so far.  And I've bought 5 cars over the last 11 years.  But I got a GREAT price, extra perks that no other dealership was offering, and good service.  I cant say how the employees felt, but they seemed to be pretty content.  I would 100% go back to Hooman and even have recommended them to friends. 

Hey your the guy who got fired and they replaced with someone else that's more efficient with the way they run business and customer satisfaction if I'm not mistaking.  Hope all is well on the job search I know what it's like to have to find a job in today's economy.  Best wishes and have a Happy Holidays.
