I purchased a 2008 ford F150 with a listed odometer reading of 36056. I paid for the truck with a check from my credit union and drove it home and before I finished parking the truck started shaking and shut down on its own. i imediatly called the deal and they picked it up and took the truck to the local ford deal Power Ford who was not able to locate any issues or get the car to duplicate the problem.

At this point the dealer reneged on his word to take the car back and sent me on my way.

10/29/2011 the truck sarted haviong the same problem so I ran up stairs and grabbed a video camera to record the event.

I then took the truck back to Power Ford who prefprmed a diagnosis so that the truck can be repaired under the manufacturesrs warrenty that  HB Dodge used as a salling tool and Ford found that the truck had all kinds of engine problems that were caused from  lack of maintanance and the previous repairs. For this reason Ford is vioding the warrenty. HB Dodge is now refusing to take the truck back after promising to do so in a better business berueo report that I filed and are telling my attourny that there is nthing wrong with the truck and that it is still under factory warrenty.

My family and I are now stuck with a car payment that is due on the 17th of November and we do not have the a working truck. We are seeking any help that anyone can provide as it seems to this point that there is nothing we can do but wait things out.
