Hustedt Chevrolet traded in a leased car to them and they never settled the old lease Ripoff Centereach New York

we traded in lease 8 months ago when I was 8 months pregnant.
Dealer Hustedt Chevrolet of centereach. I came in and wanted to lease a trail blazer from them, had 4 months left on my lease with Nisson. The Manager and the sales man said they would take care of everything, handle the remaining 3 months of the payments and we would work 1 into the lease. We agreed and traded the car in.6 months later a repo man came to the house looking for the car and Nisson put me into collections for the remainder of the lease. We went back to the dealer and spoke with the salesman and the manager and gave the letters and the paper work to them, they even called nisson while we were there and said its all being taken care of. Well 2 moths later its no resolved, the salesman is no longer at the dealership, nor is the sales manager, no-one has any paper work and no-one wants to help. The new manager says sorry he cannot help. This is terrible and we cannot seem to get anyone to help. Does this warrent a 7 on your side investigation, because now we still owe the money to Nisson, they don't have the car and no-one knows where it is and my credit report is screwed up.
