My fiance and I traded in our vehicle and purchased a very nice car from this dealership. We got a descent price and descent trade in. We had just come back from closing on our home and were ready to finally get a new car. The sales staff there weren't very friendly. No social skills at all and were just very brief with us. We ended up purchasing the car and while they were working numbers, they asked us what the trade in was. I told them an approximate number, but I wasn't for sure. They just blew it off like no big deal! We'll take care of it attitude. We were rushed through all the signing. We only briefly explained on things while they were asking us to initial and sign. We were reading what we signed, they just didn't explain any of the fine detail or print. I asked the guy if I could use the internet there to give him the exact pay off amount on the car. Once again, just blew it off like no big deal. We're finally done signing, given the car with little to no gas at all. They say, "well we don't fill up the cars anymore". I have never purchased a car that didn't have a full tank of gas. They were just wanting to get out of there asap because it was a Friday night. They then called us on Monday saying that the pay off wasn't correct and we have a pay off amount of $158. This wasn't our fault. They then told us that they aren't able to get exact pay off amounts at night. Well if we were told that, we would have just came back the next day and bought it. They then started getting very condescending and saying things like, "well it's only like $158! It's not like we are trying to pull a fast one on you". Yeah you are! You didn't disclose all the information to us, knowing we'd have to pay and also knowing we had just purchased a home! They are extremely rude. I should have never came back after the first experience I had there when I stopped in and was looking at cars by myself outside for 20 mins., while they're inside looking at me through the windows! I hope everyone can just learn from my mistake. This is horrible and unethical dealership. They are the epitome of a "car salesman".
