Integrity Dodge No followup, no callbacks, no service Las Vegas Nevada

I purchased a truck from Intgrity Dodge in September of 08. First thing, they sold me a truck they didn't have,(this was an internet buy) it then took 2 weeks to find a replacement truck at another dealer. I had to drive to another state with the salesman late at night to receive the truck. I must admit,this was by my choice as I wanted the truck right away and had no time for any further lost time.

After receiving the truck I pointed out this truck was not equipted with carpet although I paid for it. Salesman said he would take care of it. After several calls, he never did, I still have no carpet. That was the small issue. The big issue is, I drove the truck for about a week, as I said I picked it up at nighttime so it was dark.
After a week, I noticed some fuel leaking under the truck. I brought the truck to my local dealer, not were I bought it, because I didn;t have the time to go back to integrity. The dealer found the fuel tank had been drilled through. Although the protecting plate under the truck directly under the drill hole had not been drilled. The only way this tank could have been drilled is by the tank being removed for some reason or the tank came from another vehicle and swaped with mine before I bought it. The dealer would not warranty the tank and wanted to charge me $350 for droping the tank and finding the problem.

Seeing this is a work truck and I had limited time, I elected to go ahead and pay for the repair and figuring Itegrity would get to the bottom as to what happened. Well Integrity did nothing, Dodge did nothing and I found out the truck had sat at the the other dealer fro over a year, which leads me to believe they swapped this tank out with one of there customers, knowing they were going to eventually doa dealer trade with the truck. Thsi cost me $1000 to repair. SO now I am out $350 in carpet and $1000 in a fuel tank.

Thanks Integrity, you did a great job.Good followup, I will never buy from them again and warn potential buyers, they only want your sale, no matter what they say, they lie.
