J.D. Byrider Company sells cars that last just long enough to make you look negligent Chandler Arizona

So the original post is below this post. But here is basically what happened after i posted here. A couple to a few days after i posted the first report the finance manager from jd byrider called me. He told me they would do whatever it takes to fix my car. Well so then they did take my car in. They fixed my back passenger window and they claimed to have solved my problem with my radiator. and when i got the car back it was running alright for about a month. Then it started overheating again. And something electrical started burning again. Well i went back to my mechanic today and had him run a few tests and see what was going on. Well here is the jist of it...

First off the spark plug wires have a cut in one of the wires. He shocked himself thats how he found that. Second they never fixed my radiator. I dont know what they did to say they fixed it, but they didnt. Then the valve cover (something to do with the gas line) is another problem which is only replaceable by an actual Chevrolet Dealership...so they didnt fix that. And all this from a code from my engine. A code that was there last time they "fixed" my car. Well the sum of it all is my car is still overheating, the engine light doesnt turn off unless a mechanic resets. (which is what they probably did) and my spark plug wires need to be replaced.

My cars registration cannot be renewed since i cant even pass or go through emissions. So they have literally just put me through the ringer! And last time i took it in they proceeded to tell me "you have a warranty" well it only covers specific things. I like anyone else right now cannot afford to be dishing out money on a car i havent even had for a year! I got this car in february and its falling apart already. This is ridiculous. I am definitely reporting this company because this has happened to me. it can happen to anyone and i will not sit here and let this company rip me off.

This is by far the worst company you can possibly buy a car from. I got my car in February. Had my first problem on my first work trip 3 hours out of town. I started noticing a distinctly disturbing smell so i pulled my car over. Turns out it was overheating, though the gauge didn't imply this. Well after further inspection by a first mechanic, turns out the radiator is bad. The seal was broken on the cap and it was filled with water. Not Coolant water. The backup reserve was water as well. So that was my first "oh great" and thought nothing of it. Got a new cap and had my radiator flushed. 85.00 at jiffy lube. Well 2 months later i go in for my oil change because it was time according to the lights. So i went in got my oil change and was told my battery was bad and i should have replaced it months ago. That it was from 2004, five years old. Nice right!? Well on top of that the air filter was black, the tires needed rotating. and they asked me if i was in an accident because the bumper was not an original paint job. another "oh great" Well that another sum of money i don't have. battery, air filter, tire rotation. After paying over 1500 for the car so far. i was going to have to fix problems j.d. byrider didn't fix to begin with. Well four days ago im on my way to work in mesa. And i hear a loud thud. I look back and my passenger rear window is gone. It fell in the door. I've never used the windows in the back seats. I have no reason to. So i never really knew anything was up. Had the same mechanic check things out. Turns out the motor was shot and the window was being jimmied up and i must have wiggled it loose driving. I would never suggest J.D. Byrider to anyone ever. I don't think its the people working in the office. Or CNAC. I think its the mechanics taking corporate shortcuts, and not appropriately fixing problems with the cars. But you cant talk to the repair department because they give you a run around and then try to charge you for fixes that were problems with your car before hand. Ok so here is the best part of this whole situation... I overheated a third time, again no warning just happened. I grabbed the Malibu guide out of the glove box (which i was surprised was in there) and it was just i guess magically bookmarked to the over heating and coolant pages. Well it was bookmarked with the previous owners registration and address and insurance card. And then bookmarked on another page was the Saturn dealerships certification with value stating 7,999 on it before the previous owner got it. thousands of miles before i got it. Well the dealership got me good with 14,000 after my interest. But its okay. I'm gonna make one attempt today to deal with this problem. And if that does nothing for me i will just contact the Better Business Bureau and get a lawyer so my credit isn't screwed around with. I will just update this later and i will be sure to post a detailed and worded description on what i am told from the dealership and the repair shop.

 Jd Byrider has still harassed and it has gotten to the point where my family members are being called the day the payment is due. Just on new years day when they were closed i couldn't call my payment in. Instead i had to make it monday at 5 pm after work. After they had already called my Aunt my stepmom and my other references. All because they were closed on new years day! My fault? i think not.

Furthermore Tom bush is the rudest man they could ever have working for them! I have asked SEVERAL times not to speak with him and for him not to call me or it would become harassment. It's not like they can't find someone else to call me. Vannessa who was my account manager before was never this rude. We had our arguments but Tom Bush has the personal people skills of a lemon.

Speaking of lemons...My car yet again has the same problem that jd supposedly "fixed" and i am getting letters from the repair department that i owe them 25 dollars from the last time they fixed it that i was not supposed to owe anything on due to it being my error.

Then i found out that i was legally supposed to be offered a car facts report and i never got one. I was never offered one. Nothing.

So two years after having this car i took it to a new mechanic to get another opinion. Found out that i have aftermarket junk yard parts more then i knew i had before. The labels are peeled off so they cant be traced and half of my hoses are electrical taped. I'm not saying that im not gonna pay this car off. I'm just saying that its time to pursue legal action before someone buys a car there that gets them in an accident and killed.

I've contacted every news channel i can. I have contacts the BBB and i'm going to go ahead and continue with what i started in the first place.

14000 dollars for a car valued at 7999 in mint condition mind you. Mine was in Terrible condition. So CNAC and JD we will see what happens when i contact the previous owner of this car and find out how much was exactly wrong before i got it. and how much you really didnt fix.
