One or two of the salesmen at Jackie Cooper acquired a key and opened up the car numerous times and allowed my car to get rained in. I had to go to the police. I bought my first BMW at Jackie Cooper several months ago. I paid 54000 mostly cash. One of the salesmen acquired a key and opened my car on numerous occasions. I have surveilance pictures and multiple witnesses. Another salesman cut my car with a knife on the bumper. I have a witness plus numerous surveilance videos. I called BMW of North America and wrote them a letter. They said that they could do nothing because the dealerships are private. I went to the authorities. These salesmen opened my car on numerous occasions and allowed my car to get wet. One of them cut my bumper on more than one occasion. I have a witness plus numerous surveilance videos. I went to the authorities. They said to get rid of the car. I took the car to another dealership in Tulsa and traded it in for another BMW. I called the dealership in OKC several times but Kyle Hill nor the service person would return my call. Finally in May of 2008 Mr. Cooper called me. By this time I had gotten rid of the car. He wanted to make a deal with me. I told him at that time that I didn't want his money. These guys from the dealership left evidence in my car on several occasions. I found out from a friend that works in the office next door that some of their salesmen have records ( I know that this is not unusual in the world) and that some have been on cocaine. I also found out that they have harrassed other women in OKC. I never even got to enjoy either one of my BMWs because one of the salesmen had a key to both of them. They also damaged my cars. I have proof. I now am back with a Lexus and would never buy another BMW. I have two witnesses that saw the salesmen with the key when he activated it. He opened my sunroof and windows on numerous occasions. He opened up my car every time it rained. He allowed my car to get rained on. I have had numerous luxury cars, mercedes and amgs and would never leave my car opened. Again I have proof. I began to check the records on the internet and have found that some of these guys are armed and dangerous. I called the salesman on several occasions to ask him to leave my car alone and to allow me to enjoy it. On one of the phone calls, they were all laughing like this was a big game to them. He told me that it wasn't him that was doing this, but it was one of the other salesmen. I do not know either one of these guys. When I traded my car in Tulsa, BMW of Tulsa told me that they spoke with Jackie Cooper BMW and they would not service my BMW. BMW of Tulsa told me that these guys at Jackie Cooper are sick and that they have heard things about drugs and such. I have a patient that took his BMW up there for service and they made it much worse than it was to begin with. Another patient has told me that they have done this to other female physician. They have cost me a lot of money over this past year. I have learned that cars mean nothing. I cannot recommend this dealership to my dog.
