Secondly, they should have explained to you the program, and if you didn't agree to it, you should not have signed any papers...the reason for the "no late policy" for your down payment is a trial period with you...aka...if you don't pay on time for that, what makes them think you will pay for the vehicle on time when you actually do start making payments? If you don't have the best credit, you would be considered to be high risk, they are actually trying to help you because you could potentially raise your credit up 100 points. They have a 96% satisfaction rate in sales and a 90% satisfaction rate in service as of 11/3/2009...this information is backed up by

I really highly doubt that you will be able to shut them down, and sometimes people have bad experiences, and I am sorry that you are one of those people...but they haven't really ripped you off, becuase it is stated in the papers that you signed when you purchased the vehicle...if you ended up purchasing the vehicle what your obligations were.
