Jenkins Mazda Jenkins Auto Group JENKINS MAZDA don't believe a word they say. Ocala, Florida

I bought a 2010 MazdaSpeed 3 from this dealership in November. When I first looked at the car I noticed it did not have Sirius Radio installed. Told my salesman LOU DELEO(the internet manager) that it must be installed before I would purchase the car. He keep telling my "he would take care of it".

I was stupid enough to take him for his word. The following week I contacted him about having it done, was told it would be installed the following week he would e-mail me a appointment time. When another week passed and it still wasn't installed I tried contacting him again. This time no response.

Contacted the owner of the dealership Donny Jenkins and he told me he would do it for his cost $650. When I told him that's not what his salesman told me, he told me that's what he was told. When I would wouldn't pay for it or go away he offered to do me a "favor" and trade me cars if I payed $2500 for the $1800 tech pack. I'm not that stupid. I told him I would give him $1500 more for the tech pack I didn't expect it for free.

Was on my way to the dealership on a Sat morning when he called me and told my he had to hold off till Monday. He had to get ahold of the extended warranty company about the warranty I canceled after this mess. He said he would call Monday. Guess what haven't heard from him since.

If you buy from this dealership don't believe a word they tell you. Make sure everything is in writing so they can't get out of it. They have no integrity, they will lie to your face.
