John L Sullivan PLEASE BEWARE!! Roseville California

John L. Sullivan Roseville Toyota sold me an Acura MDX. I was told that it was “cherry” and had been checked out prior to sale. When I arrived to test drive I was excited and nervous do to the price and the miles being high. I felt a small road shack and had them write it in the sale paper work to come back in for a tire alignment. I bought the MDX and also brought an extended warranty package. The week after I got it the MDX began to act funny. I called the dealership and got the run around and brought it in only to be told to take it to Acura. Acura stated that it needed a whole new Transmission. I was out of a car for weeks due to the warranty company wanting to have it towed to a cheaper company for the repairs. I have to date had two faulty tires, brakes under code, broken engine block mount. Cracked boots with CV joints ready to go and NO HELP! I have requested JL to take this car back every step of the way. I have requested many times to get the service paperwork to see what was done prior to sale. I have been transferred, sorry our systems are down and no return phone calls. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!
