Keffer Hyundai Sold me a LEMON and are not willing to stand behind what they sell and provide anything near customer service Charlotte North Carolina

i purchased a 2006 sonata from keffer in december of 2005. i have nothing but trouble with the transmission and trunk latch and now am having problems with the electrical system. i have had to have the car towed on 2 occassions because of the transmission and now it is causing problems again. the trunk latch has been repaired "under warranty" 3 times and now the dealerships wont repair it a fourth time for the exact same problem. customer service seems to be the biggest challenge for this dealership!

they told me to bring my car in on november 19,2008 and kept my car 9 hours and left to with no vehicle and made no attempt t make the repairs. they told me they would set up a meeting with a manufacturer at a later date in december to determine who should be financially responsible,me or them. the service manager shawn howard has been nothing short of a total jerk in handling this vehicle from the first time it came to him.

i can't believe the keffer's would hire such a %^&()%hole to be a part of there long standing business. hopefully he willpay the consequenses of bad job performance like anyone in his shoes would,hope you see this jerk!, and has to look for employment elsewhwere. I plan on exhausting all avenues to be heard by someone who can make a difference in hard working people who pay good money for a descent car and steps up and me and others in my situation.
