The Keffers, Keffer Hyundai, manager Dwayne Moser, and Tom Mills ran a car contest on the radio giving away one year free lease on a brand new 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE. My wife won and Mills gave her the VIN # to obtain insurance. However, while she was getting insurance, someone came into the dealership and wanted the car. Moser and Mills sold my wife's winning contest car and attempted to secretly pawn off a cheaper and inferior car on us without our knowledge or consent. When we confronted them about their fraud, Moser refused to give my wife any car at all. Moser literally stole a brand new 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE from my wife and then taunted us to do something about it.


WE DID. WE FILED A SIX FIGURE LAWSUIT AGAINST JAMES KEFFER, DWAYNE MOSER, TOM MILLS, AND KEFFER HYUNDAI. THE LAWSUIT IS PENDING. I ALSO HAVE PUT UP A NEW WEBSITE CALLED "JAIL THE KEFFERS" at jailthekeffers.com
