Kia Canada athoville dealership brought back car with problems after 2 weeks and wouldn't honor warrenty or fix car. gave me run around. Internet

i bought a kia rio 5 from the athoville dealrship in april. after 2 weeks i brougt it back and told them that the shifting  was rough and snapped into gear. it is a standard. they said it was a resistance rubber that need to wear and it would get smoother. 7 months later still wiating for it to "wear in". i waited 2 weeks and stillnothing. then it started not wantingto go into reversve and then intermittently not goinginto reverse at all. i went back several times andover the course was told. try putting it into first then second. if it doesn't work  put it into third then fourth. if still nothoing try jiggling it around and if nothing get out and shake thecar  or push it back a few feet. hello its a new car? so fro one visit after the other finally i got tire ofthis run around and then called the bank who i rewent through for the loan only to find out that the slaes person not only didn't use my name but my father in laws name angainst my explicit instructions not t! i approached her and she got very nasty and when i pushed more about teh insurance papers being doctored up by her fouind out she lied about that to the insurance company as well as the motor vehicle department about the information there also. after all this i told her my insurance company would not cover their mechanic driving my car for a week which she wanted and she says that  my agent was a reatrd and should get another job. turned told me leave it here or take you cara nd prblems and get the f out and don't come back. left it there for a week 12740 kilometres. they took it got front end allignment. garage is 10 kilometres away to and from a taotal of 20 kilometres. wheni picked up thecar was todl mechanic drove it for week and nothing wrong with it. looked at the milage and it read 12761 kilometres. 21 kilometres added in a week. the amount it took for it to get the front end allignment.  talked to owner said he would fix the problem and would call me next day. no going on 4 weeks still waiting for that call.  long and short kia canada says that the dealship addmitted a problem with the reverse and now the same people are saying nothing wrong. all i ever wanted t was the car fixed. as a side note. as a side note a  former mechanic told me "quote" KIA CORPERATION HAS A POLICEY THAT IF THE PROBLEM DOES NOT SHOW UP ON THEIR MACHINES THAT THEY  USE TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE PROBLEM, IT DOESN'T EXIST AND THERE FOR THEY WILL NOT FIX IT OR GO BEYOND USING THIS MACHINE TO FIND THE PROBLEM. some problmes can't not be detected by this machine. "if i do and spend time andmoney on  thecra its my head on a platter"" from head of service department. i have witnesses to back that quote up.
