I bought a Silverado from Landmark over the weekend under the impression that i would be reciving the 60 month 0% APR that was being advertised in the paper for a week. So i go in we pick out the truck and price i want, all the time telling the salesmen that i was expecting the 0% APR.

Then when the send us to the so called "finance" officer, he proceeds to tell us then that the 0% APR is not avliable on that perticular Silverado, at that the 0% was only avilable on specific truck such as the short bed and whatever other crap he spewed at us.

Not having read all the fine print on the ads in the paper and him claiming that all the sheets he had with the deals on them were straight from GM, I, after arguing about it for a bit longer, with him all the while sayting that that deal was not being offered at all, was forced to believe him and settle on a 60 month with a Moderate APR.

I buy the truck, go home and get online to read on the GM website that the 0% APR was being offered on ALL ext. and crew cab Silverados. so I call the dealer ship back up and speak to idiot finance manager #1 who says that the guy that did our deal was out for the night and that his manager would be back tommorow morning, and that he dident know anything about it.

The next morning we call them up with them continuing to say that our finance guy wasent there yet and that he would be back at 1130. To this point there is still not one person that has verified the 0% deal that the GM website as being offered Nation wide.

I finally decide that i am just going to drive back over there and deal with them in person, we talk to our idiot finance officer who STILL doesnt tell us that the deal is being offered but that he is going to walk over and talk to his "manager". he comes back saysin that his manager is calling GM right now to find out what is going on with this deal, (even though i had brought in todays paper, with the ad from Landmark Chevy, themselves that has the deal in big bold text right in the middle of the page). After a few more minutes he walks off again to go talk to his manager and comes back saying, that thier "regional" manager had failed to inform them of the deal being offered and that he would NOW give me the 0% APR deal.

Now i knew full well that He and landmark had just tried to screw me over, because i dont see any way how they can NOT know when GM is having a Nation wide offer like that, but i had my 0% so i just took it and left.

Recap.

1.Dont buy from Landmark

2. "claimed" there was no offer when i dont say any way how they could NOT know.

3. They Simply tried to play me hoping i would not check up on the deal and screw me with about 5000 dollars worth of intrest.

4. Instead of complaing to them about it i decided to try and just convince people not to shop there
